I founded Space Fitness and Wellbeing in 2013, to help men and women just like you build strength, increase fitness and live active lives. Since then I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, gained thousands of hours of teaching experience and along the way, I’ve learned that in order to create truly lasting change we need to align our actions with our core values - the things that motivate us - and often these are not the things we think they are!


Through research, practise, experience and studying the latest science I’ve learnt HOW you can integrate your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual capacities so that you can create meaningful and lasting behavioural change.

10 years ago things were very different for me - as a mother and full time fashion designer, I was working crazy hours with no time for myself, let alone family and friends, and I was ALWAYS exhausted.


I could feel my body falling apart, my joints were stiff and aches were appearing all over the place.


I felt 196 years old and with about as much energy as a tortoise on valium.

I was 49 and the thought of ‘this being it’ for the rest of my life was enough to spur me into action. That, and being on holiday in Turkey, doing Pilates every day to the sound of the waves and the sun filtering through the trees and thinking ‘this is more like it!’.

15-20 minute daily workout carefully designed to provide you the right combination of strength, cardio, stretch and balance work with progressions and regressions to suit all abilities.



Each day you will receive a short presentation, delving into the science behind healthy longevity, building the right mindset and giving you the tools and the techniques to stay mentally and physically younger for longer, naturally.

Understanding where you are now and where you want to be is important in establishing the foundations for your success.

Once your vision of yourself and your future aligns with your core values, you’ll find that creating positive behavioural changes flows with ease and a whole new world of possibilities will open up.

    The beauty of this course is its accessibility. The weekly modules are pre-recorded so that you can watch them (and re-watch them!) at a time that suits you. We all lead such busy lives so this way you can make the course fit into your life. But because it's lovely to get personal support and be able to interact with other like-minded people, I host a live online Q & A session every fortnight via Zoom. You'll be able to talk directly to me and other group members, ask questions and benefit from support from me and each other. Also, there will be guest speakers with a wealth of knowledge for you to ask your burning questions! Research shows that being part of a supportive community will help you achieve your goals more easily.
    A big part of the course is about creating real and long lasting change and that does require some commitment ~ not just for the 8 weeks of the course but over your lifetime. By the end of the 8 weeks the strategies that you are putting in place will be becoming as second nature as brushing your teeth. Each day you will be given a short workout (approx 15 minutes in length) and a guided meditation to do (about 10 minutes). So getting up 30 minutes earlier might work for you or perhaps doing it at lunchtime. Whilst the meditation can be done before you go to bed, I don’t recommend exercising too late in the evening unless it is a gentle, wind-down routine. The weekly modules are broken down into short sessions so that you can fit them in whenever is convenient and rewatch them if you want to.
    Whilst this is not a weight loss course we will be focussing on establishing lifelong, healthy habits relating to food, exercise, sleep and stress reduction. Almost as a side-effect, addressing these key areas has been proven to aid weight loss in a way that is sustainable and will enhance our overall quality of life and healthy longevity. PLEASE NOTE: This course is not suitable for anyone with an active eating disorder.
    Only if you want to! The live Q & A sessions will be a safe and supportive environment for you to ask questions and interact with other members - but it is entirely up to you as to whether you chose to do so. However, what we find is that everyone WANTS to get involved as there is a real sense of camaraderie 😁.
    If you feel that you would like a bit more support on your journey then a one-off coaching session or a series of sessions can be purchased. All you need to do is get in touch and we can organised it.
    Don’t worry! Whilst I have designed this course to slot seamlessly into your lifestyle, let’s face it life can have a way of scuppering things. So, you will have LIFETIME access to the course AND to the live Q & A sessions. This way you will continue to have my support and that of a group of like-minded people to keep you on track, to motivate you and to celebrate all your wins no matter how big or small. I want to make sure you get the results you desire. Just a little note though. To ensure that you get the best results I will always encourage you to stay on track and complete the course in the 8 weeks. Even if that means just doing one or two things a day such as meditating and getting a brisk walk outside. Try not to make excuses that you are too busy because I'm afraid that's life and this is about finding lifestyle changes that work for YOU. However, if you are ill and cannot complete the course, get in touch and together we will find a solution that works for you.
    You can start your personal transformation at anytime - in fact don't wait for the 'right time' as there never seems to be one! As long as you have access to the internet you're ready to go! Once you have signed up you will receive your downloadable workbook and resource journal to get the ball rolling. The modules, workouts and meditations are released once you have completed the previous day. The course is sequential so you will need to complete the day assigned before the next day is released. The course is based on 5 days a week with optional things to do at the weekend (or whenever your 2 days off are) so most people opt to start on a Monday.
