Pilates Cardio is Pilates based High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which will get the heart beating. An invigorating and dynamic workout that combines short bursts of high intensity exercises with short recovery periods. A personal challenge that will dramatically increase your fitness levels. This quick burst of a class gives you a great cardio workout and a great way to start your day! Don't worry if you've never done it before, just start at the level you are at and gradually build up your strength. You'll be amazed at how quickly you will see results. WHAT DO I NEED? Wear comfortable clothes that are not too baggy and (for your comfort) without zips and buckles and we recommend that you wear trainers unless you are on a soft surface. If you have weights they are a great addition but not required and water to drink, you will get warm!
Please note that if you need to cancel and do so within 2 hours before your booked class starts you will be charged for it. We respectfully ask anyone on the Unlimited Subscription also cancels a class they cannot make even though you will not be charged for it.
