30 minute session using free weights. We love this class! As we get older it becomes ever more important to stop the decline of our bone density and lifting weights is the answer. Working at your own level, this class is designed for anyone, whether you are new to lifting weights or have done it for years. WHAT DO I NEED? Wear comfortable clothes that are not too baggy and (for your comfort) without zips and buckles. YOU NEED WEIGHTS! They should be heavy enough to challenge you over 8-12 repetitions of an exercise.
Please note that if you need to cancel and do so within 2 hours before your booked class starts you will be charged for it. We respectfully ask anyone on the Unlimited Subscription also cancels a class they cannot make even though you will not be charged for it.
