Classes, private sessions, courses and workshops are subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you in your chosen session.

All digital purchases are final and non-reimbursable. By purchasing any of our products you agree to opt into Space Fitness and Wellbeing's mailing list.


  • Are pregnant or have given birth in the past 12 weeks.

  • Have had significant injuries or surgery in the past 12 months.

  • Have a significant history of cardiovascular disease, including angina, heart attack or high blood pressure

All classes and private sessions must be prepaid and all clients agree to our 2 hour notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling a class and 24hrs notice policy cancelling and/or rescheduling a private session. If you’re booked into a class or have a private session booked, but miss it or cancel with less than the required hours notice, you will be charged for it.

Members of the On Demand Studio may not share, give or sell their password or username to any other person or entity. Excessive viewings of videos or logins by any Member will be construed by Space Fitness and Wellbeing as fraudulent use of the Online Studio and will result in the immediate cancellation of membership without a refund. When becoming a member through subscription to the services Space Fitness and Wellbeing offer you agree to take all actions possible to protect your username and password from fraudulent use. 

Space Fitness and Wellbeing reserves the right to cancel any Subscription Membership it believes to have been compromised or is being used fraudulently at its own discretion.


Subscription Memberships will be billed monthly and will be renewed automatically until cancelled. If membership is terminated due to a violation of this Agreement, Space Fitness and Wellbeing will not reimburse the Member for the remainder of any paid month, nor will reimbursements be made for membership cancellations prior to any monthly renewal date. Subscription Members may cancel their membership at any time. Membership must be cancelled prior to the renewal date in order to end membership charges. 

When you purchase a Subscription Membership, you will initially be charged at the rate applicable at the time of your agreement to subscribe. If Space Fitness and Wellbeing later increases the price of the subscription, Space Fitness and Wellbeing will notify you. The increase will apply to the next payment due from you after the notice, provided that you have been given at least 10 days’ prior notice before the charge is made. If you are given less than 10 days’ prior notice, the price increase will not apply until the payment after the next payment due.

The Full Monthly Membership subscription includes an allowance for 25 days holiday from live online classes throughout the year but access to the On Demand Studio remains available.

Space Fitness and Wellbeing content is not directed to persons under eighteen (18) years of age, and by providing information about yourself to Space Fitness and Wellbeing you are representing that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.



All product prices are displayed in GB Pound Sterling and are inclusive of the current rate of applicable VAT due in the country of delivery, unless expressly indicated otherwise, and do not include the additional cost of any delivery.

All live events, courses and workshops must be prepaid and all clients agree to our 72 hour notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. If you’re booked onto an event, course or workshop, but miss it or cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, you will be charged for it.

The purchase of a class pass entitles to you the number of classes assigned to that pass. It is flexible, allowing you to book into any available class. All class passes are non refundable and non transferable. All passes, including those bought in the form of a gift certificate will be activated on the day of the first class assigned to that pass.

Once the pass has expired you will not be able to use it.


Out of consideration for the Instructor and other Clients, and also for your own safety (the warm-up is an important aspect of each class) please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be admitted.
Gift certificates must be presented at the studio.

Class lengths vary from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. All private sessions will last 60 minutes unless otherwise indicated.

Space Fitness and Wellbeing accepts no liability for loss or damage to property of clients or for injury to clients on the studio premises, outside the studio or in the car park except in so far as such loss, damage or injury is by law capable of exclusion.

Personal belongings are brought on to the studio premises at the client's own risk and Space Fitness and Wellbeing does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.

Damage To Your Computer Or Other Device.

Space Fitness and Wellbeing uses reasonable efforts to ensure that these sites are free from viruses and other malicious or harmful content. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of our “Sites” (including any content on it or any website accessible from it) will not cause damage to your computer or other device. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the right equipment (including antivirus software) to use our “Sites” safely and to screen out anything that may damage or harm your computer or other device. Except where required by applicable law, Space Fitness and Wellbeing shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage they suffer as a result of viruses or other malicious or harmful content that they access from or via the “Sites”.

Online Courses

Space Fitness and Wellbeing does not market to or enter into contracts with children, nor does Space Fitness and Wellbeing collect personal data from any person under 18 years of age. Please do not access or use this website or services if you are under 18 years of age.

When signing up for an online programme or course, you supply us with your ‘personal information’ in order to purchase products, join our courses or to subscribe to receive our newsletter. We need your contact details to fulfil our business obligations and to process these orders. Please note we take your privacy seriously so we will not sell your contact details to any marketing companies. We also make sure your personal information is well protected. Free Trials and Subscriptions 

Where we offer a free trial, it begins when you sign-up even if you choose not to first use our services until a later date. If you want to cancel your trial, you must cancel before the trial period expires. If you do not cancel the trial within the trial period, you will be charged for the full month, with your subscription automatically converting to a regular monthly fee.

Trials are not transferable, may not be combined with other offers or redeemed for cash or credit. Trials are available only to new users who have never used our services before and there is only one trial permitted per user and payment method. It is a violation of these terms to sign up for a trial if you have previously signed up for an account or trial in the past or to have more than one account or trial active at the same time. We reserve the right to determine your eligibility for a trial and if we believe you are not eligible for a trial, we may cancel your trial. If we cancel your trial for any reason you will not be eligible for recourse or refund.


Our programmes and courses include information and instructions relating to diet, sleep, exercise and fitness, heart health and healthy recipes and some of the products and services available through our programmes and courses relate to such topics. You acknowledge and agree that the following warnings and disclaimers shall apply to all such information, instruction, products and services.

Before participating in any programme that may be described and/or made accessible in or through our programmes and courses we strongly recommend that you consult with a physician or other healthcare provider. Sarah Clough and Space Fitness and Wellbeing or guest presenters and instructors are not licensed medical care providers, are not rendering personal medical advice or treatment, and have no expertise in advising on, diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise or diet on a medical condition. You acknowledge and agree that when participating in any diet/ programme there is the possibility of physical injury, emotional distress and/or death, and you assume the risk and responsibility for any such results. If you experience any discomfort or pain during an activity in our content, such as a diet or exercise routine, you must immediately cease the activity and seek the assistance of a physician or other applicable Professional Care Provider.

Cancellations and Refunds

By placing an order through our “Sites”, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety and you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these General Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you should not order any product or service through the “Sites”.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (CRD), you have 14 calendar days to change your mind following purchase. This right to cancel is also known as the ‘cooling-off period’. Your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order. However, your ‘cooling-off period’ will depend on the type of purchase you made, as follows:

  • Products (goods): Starts the moment you receive the product. You have 14 days to inform us that you want to want to cancel and then a further 14 days to return the products. You may have to pay for the cost of returning the products.

  • Digital content: Starts the moment you sign up for the contract and ends 14 days later. This right automatically ends if you access, utilise or stream the content.

In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to provide short extensions to the period of course or programme access. However, we cannot facilitate transfers to the course or programme at a different start date nor offer partial refunds to students who do not finish a course.
