My mission is more than teaching Pilates.

 It's about leading the way for women, especially those in their 40s and beyond,

to find strength, resilience, and pain-free movement in every stage of their life. 

Every woman deserves to feel vibrant, confident, and full of life

and it is my deepest passion to guide you there.

My story - From Pain To Purpose

Life has an incredible way of showing us that challenges are not dead ends. 


Following major abdominal surgery at 38, the birth of my daughter at 40 through a caesarean section, and entering early menopause, I found myself weighed down – both physically and emotionally. I was in constant pain, feeling lost and overwhelmed.


But I refused to give up and decided to train to become a Pilates teacher. I sought out solutions and, in the process, discovered a transformative approach to movement and wellness that not only brought me back to my feet but had me dancing on them! 


This method was so life-changing that I knew I had to share it with the world. I used these techniques with my clients and witnessed them blossom, reclaiming their strength and once more feeling a zest for life.


Today, while I embrace my journey with osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and scoliosis, none of these define me or limit my potential. I am a testament to the fact that our bodies can be resilient powerhouses, regardless of our circumstances.

Living Life to the Fullest

When I'm not guiding my tribe of wonderful women towards a brighter, pain-free future, you can find me revelling in life's simple joys. Whether it's enjoying time with my family and friends, walking on the moors, gardening, paddle-boarding, playing tennis, swimming in crystal blue seas... every moment is a celebration of life's boundless possibilities.

Why Me?

I've been where you are. I understand the desperation to be free from the constant battle with pain and be able to reconnect with the activities that bring joy... dancing, hiking, gardening, cycling, swimming ... or even just being able to get up each morning pain-free and refreshed after a good night's sleep.


I know what it's like to place family and friends at the top of one's priority list and to be determined to be fully present for them. 


My teaching is practical and empowering. My holistic approach to movement ensures you're not only treated as a 'client' but as a unique individual with specific needs, dreams, and aspirations.

My Philosophy

Loosing my younger sister to cancer reinforced my belief that life is a precious gift - we cannot take our health and wellbeing for granted. 


As we get older, maintaining our health, fitness and vitality requires dedication, determination and commitment. It does not just magically happen... we cannot leave things up to chance.


However, it should be enjoyable and tailored to our unique passions and interests. By finding and embracing those activities and practices we genuinely love, we not only nurture our bodies but also feed our souls, ensuring a life lived with energy, purpose, and fulfilment. 


As The Movement for Longevity Coach, I believe that every woman deserves to be able to seize opportunities, retain her independence, and live her life to the fullest... and I'm here to guide her.
